How to get offers for land
You post the request with the product specifications, and retailers and suppliers in the field send offers with price, availability and delivery time. What to include in your request
The clearer the request, the more accurate the offers. For land, mention:
- Your must-haves: parking, balcony, lift, orientation, storage.
- Your timeline: when you want to move in or complete.
- The area or areas you accept, as precisely as possible.
- Your budget range and whether you buy with a mortgage or cash.
- Minimum floor area, number of rooms and acceptable floor.
